Key Responsibilities

•Lead independent Military Airworthiness Reviews (MARs) and compile formal findings reports.
•Identify and escalate airworthiness concerns via DASORs, QORs, MF760 and MF765 reports.
•Review and analyse MAR findings to support CAMO and Technical Data Exploitation (TDE) decisions.
•Prepare and present trend analyses for CAMMs, DETWG, and Air Safety Boards (ASBs).
•Act as a SQEP lead within the department, mentoring less-experienced MAR staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

•Must have 5 years’ experience in military or aviation industry airworthiness environment, with experience at a senior supervisory level or above.
•A Service Certificate of Competency (CoC) or equivalent – or the ability to obtain one.
•Proven supervisory experience and strong working knowledge of Military Airworthiness / MAOS regulatory frameworks.
•Experience with Military aircraft engineering and systems, aircraft servicing procedures, and relevant safety/regulatory reporting (DASOR, QOR, MF760, MF765).
•Ability to deliver under pressure while maintaining high safety and quality standards; strong leadership and mentoring skills.
