Key Responsibilities

•Lead diverse teams and inspire cross-functional collaboration across the Water Resources Practice in the Carolinas.
•Mentor staff, drive hiring plans and succession strategies to strengthen the bench and culture.
•Grow cross-office work-share and collaboration to mobilize top talent for local clients.
•Ensure operational excellence by delivering budgeted organic growth and achieving project margin targets through proactive risk management and QA/QC.
•Provide end-to-end pursuit leadership, build capture plans, and guide win strategies for key opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
•15 years of post-education experience in water resources engineering with at least 10 years in the Carolinas
•Professional Engineering (PE) license in North Carolina or South Carolina
•Strong technical writing and communication skills
•Willingness to travel within the Carolinas region
