Use ITIL-aligned processes and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy while working rotational 24x7 shifts and handling domestic overnight travel when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Support audio/video setup-related issues and troubleshoot them.
•Coordinate with vendors for ongoing audio/video equipment issues.
•Support Zoom meetings using desktop/laptop/MacBook and conference room setups.
•Perform daily health checks for meeting room devices and assist with VC connection before events.
•Connect presentations from the main venue and provide support for town hall-style events in coordination with the GCO team.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•2 to 4 years of experience in audio/video support.
•Strong understanding of audio and video technologies, including equipment, software, and networking.
•Basic understanding of the ITIL framework.
•Experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
•Good communication skills in English and ability to perform physical office requirements, including rotational shifts 24x7.
