Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and sustain Citrix XenDesktop and related components (including Citrix ADC/NetScaler, Provisioning, and Virtual Apps/Desktops) in large-scale environments.
•Engineer and support Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop solutions across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
•Automate VDI processes using PowerShell or Python.
•Perform Tier 3+ troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and optimization of VDI infrastructure.

•DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliance (Security+, SSCP, GSEC, CySA+, or CCNA Security).
•Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent education/certification/training/work/military experience.
•Minimum 10 years of experience designing, developing, maintaining, and testing desktop virtualization infrastructure.
•Hands-on experience with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop (including App Layering/ELM) and Azure Virtual Desktop deployments on Windows Server 2019/2022, plus Windows 10/11 SOE, imaging, and evergreen methodologies.
