Job Summary

Deliver high-quality on-site technical service for HVAC systems by handling commissioning, start-up, maintenance, and repairs at customer locations. Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to ensure strong customer satisfaction, perform planned and unplanned maintenance, and support successful installations with the team leader and customers. Maintain safety standards and keep accurate service documentation, including technical reports and work records.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform commissioning, start-up, operational checks, and servicing of HVAC equipment at customer locations.
•Identify, diagnose, and resolve system and equipment issues efficiently and professionally.
•Conduct planned and unplanned maintenance including inspections, system testing, service interventions, component replacements, and upgrades.
•Collaborate with the team leader and customers to understand technical requirements and support successful installations.
•Adhere to workplace health and safety standards and maintain accurate service documentation, technical reports, and work records.

Key Requirements

•Technical education in refrigeration or a university degree in HVAC engineering.
•Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience servicing chillers.
•Ability to read and interpret technical documentation in English.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•Valid Category B driver’s license (minimum 2 years).
