Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on agreements across content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements while improving contract templates and processes.
  • •Support business and production teams by identifying legal risks, designing mitigation strategies, and enabling compliant execution across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Conduct legal research and deliver clear, actionable guidance to leadership and other stakeholders.
  • •Manage legal projects including contract workflows, legal databases, and internal compliance support (including intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory matters).
  • •Support incident management and dispute resolution efforts with litigation specialists and coordinate stakeholder responses.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified US or UK barred lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in-house in experience-economy and/or a live production company (top-tier law firm experience a plus).
  • •Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to content production and live events.
  • •Strong business judgment with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial objectives.
  • •Native or bilingual English is required (additional languages are a plus).
  • •Ability to prioritize and take ownership of multiple time-sensitive projects while delivering clear, actionable advice.
