Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with safety policies and procedures; identify and reduce safety risks and set the standard for safe behavior.
  • •Proactively maintain, improve, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems and equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot failures and perform thorough root cause analysis; implement corrective actions to minimize repeat failures and support zero-failure efforts.
  • •Conduct preventive/predictive maintenance tasks and help develop/improve maintenance procedures to eliminate unplanned failures.
  • •Document maintenance activities in CMMS and communicate with operations teams to resolve abnormal equipment conditions impacting safety, quality, or productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (preferably vocational)
  • •10+ years in a similar IMRT Sr role (IMRT Sr level) with demonstrated competency in the IMRT competency matrix
  • •Ability to proactively maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems/equipment
  • •Ability to read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics, including PLC program logic
  • •Working knowledge of electrical work in compliance with NFPA 70E and strong troubleshooting/root-cause analysis skills
