Key Responsibilities

  • •Review broker entries for accuracy, timely clearance, correct duties/fees payment, and compliance with Section 232 tariffs, USMCA requirements, and Certificates of Origin (CoO).
  • •Verify FDA import details and manage broker requests and required documentation.
  • •Monitor daily import activities (pre-alerts, broker requests, missing information, and exceptions) to ensure timely and accurate filing.
  • •Perform duty and fee accounting, track Temporary Import Bonds (TIBs), and complete audits/metrics (including C-TPAT and AD/CVD compliance).
  • •Manage corrections and reconciliation (PSC, 520(d) claims, flag reviews), handle duty drawback, maintain records, coordinate stakeholders, and produce compliance reports while supporting process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • •Internship or coursework in international trade, logistics, or supply chain (preferred, not required).
  • •Basic knowledge of import/export processes and global trade regulations.
  • •Fluent English communication (verbal and written).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
