Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the day-to-day running of the publicity team and coordinate global press activities and tours.
  • •Act as the primary point with personal publicists/reps for talent publicity needs and approvals, including strategy, scheduling, and travel logistics.
  • •Oversee LATAM publicity needs, including planning and executing talent tours and ensuring strategic direction for each release.
  • •Direct the international agency’s press needs (content day, junket nominations), manage scheduling priorities, and oversee press activities and logistics.
  • •Secure and deliver talent for global marketing and publicity initiatives, including maintaining talent schedules, key messaging, and global publicity calendars and reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50.225 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in entertainment public relations working at a major film studio, streaming platform or PR Agency
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong professional phone communication skills
  • •Willing and able to travel for work events and work on weekends as needed
  • •Willing to join the Publicist union
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with tactful interaction with media, management, talent, and partners
