Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the end-to-end hotel profile creation and onboarding process, including processing photos and amenities and managing profile data entry.
  • •Support review of Experience onboarding funnels and assess readiness for listing on Airbnb, ensuring alignment with policy, design, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Ensure key performance metrics are consistently met across operational workflows while maintaining quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • •Identify process enhancement opportunities and implement solutions to drive operational efficiency.
  • •Develop domain knowledge of core processes and systems to support complex and ad hoc workstreams and operational projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 590,000 - 820,000 annually
