Job Summary

Support the Head of IT Germany from the executive office and help drive key workstreams within the IT transformation program. Key Responsibilities

•Support the Executive Assistant to the Head of IT Germany with day-to-day operations, including meeting coordination and stakeholder communications.
•Prepare, organize, support, and follow up internal/external management meetings, project appointments, IT executive committees, and workshops.
•Independently prepare reports and presentations for leadership audiences in German and English.
•Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support decisions and management deadlines, including responsibility for (sub-)projects within the IT Program.
•Support selected transformation workstreams through research, documentation, coordination, and tracking work packages and program-level reporting/status updates.

•Structured, goal-oriented working with discretion and the ability to work under time pressure.
