Job Summary

Lead the team responsible for enterprise network infrastructure across the Americas, ensuring reliable network services aligned to global standards. Own activities from analysis and design through testing, installation, documentation, and continuous improvement. Manage multiple projects, budgets (opex/capex), supplier relationships, and network maintenance such as upgrades, patching, and hardware refreshes. Partner with Security and global IT teams to drive change, manage complex escalations, and coordinate enterprise deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the team for analyzing, designing, testing, installing, documenting, and supporting enterprise data network infrastructure.
•Manage multiple network infrastructure projects, including work plans, resource allocation, progress reporting, and financial controls/budgets.
•Evaluate and recommend new network infrastructure products while staying current on emerging technologies and industry trends.
•Partner with the Security team to coordinate network security measures protecting corporate systems and data.
•Manage network maintenance activities (hardware refreshes, software maintenance, upgrades, and patching) and coordinate change approvals and supplier performance.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•At least seven years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years leading technical teams in a large Cisco or HPE Aruba Networking environment.
•Strong knowledge of Cisco or HPE Aruba Networking technologies including firewalls, Wi‑Fi, WAN, SD‑WAN, and cloud networking.
•Ability to lead and engage employees in a high-performance culture with strong accountability and ownership.
•Experience implementing/configuring systems and network monitoring tools and strong project management with attention to detail.
