Partner with a Deployment Strategist to own outcomes end-to-end—from architecture decisions to production handoff—while mentoring engineers and setting engineering standards. Build agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, manage the data lifecycle across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, troubleshoot complex deployment blockers, and report KPI dashboards that track health and business outcomes. Travel about 25%.

Key Responsibilities

•Own customer outcomes end-to-end with a Deployment Strategist, serving as the senior technical authority for delivery standards.
•Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, and deterministic guardrails.
•Own the data lifecycle for AI applications across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, ensuring data readiness.
•Resolve complex technical blockers across integration, model deployment, orchestration, and performance regressions.
•Mentor engineers via code reviews and pair sessions, and surface field insights to Product and Engineering to shape the Agentforce roadmap.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and working knowledge of the others.
•Integrated LLMs into production using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, with prompt engineering and responsible AI practices.
•Deep data modeling, processing, and analytics experience across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
