Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a commercial motor vehicle (26,001+ GVWR) to transport and deliver ready-mix concrete; mix/unload as required.
  • •Maintain communication with the dispatcher, review delivery tickets for special instructions, and complete required documentation/signatures.
  • •Collect money from customers, record transactions, and inform customers about products/services while resolving basic service complaints.
  • •Monitor vehicle gauges during operation, investigate abnormalities, and perform operator maintenance and minor field repairs.
  • •Maintain operator logs/records per company policy and DOT regulations and keep the work area and vehicle clean and orderly.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a CDL, Class A or B (minimum Class B).
  • •2 year of related experience.
  • •Ability to safely ingress/egress the truck and operate steering, shifter, and levers required for the vehicle and equipment.
  • •Ability to operate ready-mix concrete truck deliveries as specified, following dispatch instructions and applicable laws.
  • •Must be willing to work weekends and extended hours, with strong communication, attention to detail, and safety focus.
