Job Summary

Own data governance and data quality support for S & T, including reviewing data and change requests, rolling out access provisioning, and delivering the Data Governance framework. Build and monitor control metrics, manage DAR (Data Asset Register), DLP recertification, and data masking logic, and track issues through IMR. Partner with DPO, DQMS stakeholders, and technology teams on data privacy, risk controls, and remediation actions across Bengaluru and Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

•Review data and change requests, roll out access provisioning, and deliver Data Governance framework, data quality, CDEs, and data assurance.
•Support Data Management policy and standards, including RCSA against Data Quality Management Standard requirements and implementing DQ controls.
•Maintain and refresh DAR (Data Asset Register), perform retention schedule reviews, and build control metrics with embedded control monitors.
•Support DLP annual rule recertification and provide inputs for DLP rules, including review and remediation of identified data quality issues.
•Perform end-to-end analysis of data storage/access for S & T data, review security controls and risk assessments, and manage audit requests and remediation actions.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR/Banking Domain with focus on Data Governance, Risk and Information Security.
•Experience as a Risk and Controls Expert.
•Experience in DQMS (Data Quality Management System) and assurance reports (added advantage).
•Knowledge of industry-standard security control frameworks and strong understanding of regulatory compliance, security, risk, and controls.
•Ability to collect/analyze data, establish facts, make recommendations, and maintain strong interpersonal and team skills.
