Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver small, medium, and large collective training events/exercises in accordance with the MTC training program.
  • •Develop intelligence scenario development and analysis.
  • •Support unit commander training objectives by creating curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids based on client specifications.
  • •Develop TSP training products, including operational procedures for integrated C2IS and LVC simulation/stimulation systems.
  • •Participate in event/exercise lifecycle management (planning, preparation, execution, recovery, and AAR) and certify under PDCP.

Key Requirements
