Plan and manage SAN and storage technology installation, configuration, and tuning to ensure secure, continuous availability for enterprise banking data. Provide level 3/4 support with documentation, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis. Own storage provisioning, capacity monitoring, break/fix vendor coordination, upgrades, and disk usage forecasting. Administer Dell/EMC, HP, IBM, and Pure Storage systems and support storage protocols including iSCSI and Fibre Channel.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and manage SAN and storage technology installation, configuration, and tuning for continuous, secure data storage availability.
•Provide level 3/4 storage support with issue documentation, resolution, procedural operations, and post-mortem root cause analysis.
•Plan and manage storage, SAN, and backup provisioning, including capacity analysis, monitoring, break/fix vendor management, and upgrade paths.
•Administer and maintain storage hardware components across Dell/EMC, HP, IBM, and Pure Storage systems.
•Interpret and manage storage protocols including iSCSI, Fibre Channel, CIFS, NFS, and NDMP, and maintain storage-based systems deployment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and 7 years of storage management experience or solutions using Dell/EMC technologies.
•5+ years managing Fibre Channel switch zoning and LUN masking using Cisco MDS technology.
•Storage provisioning across Windows, Unix, and VMware servers.
•Designing and implementing data migrations between storage arrays within and between data centers.
•Experience supporting a multi-petabyte storage environment with disaster recovery/high availability and 2 years of Isilon administration.
