Lead and scale Moove’s urban mobility operations in NCR/Gurgaon, owning city P&L and operational performance. You’ll manage and coach Operations Team Leads, track key city metrics via dashboards, run daily stand-ups, and drive profitability, fleet utilization, safety, and driver experience. Partner with Operations, marketing, and policy/legal teams to address operational issues, ensure driver receivables collection, and support vehicle onboarding and supply quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and scale Moove’s business operations in the assigned city, owning city P&L.
•Manage and coach Operations Team Leads to deliver operational excellence, profitability, and driver experience.
•Run city operations via metrics dashboard and daily stand-ups, ensuring operational metrics remain healthy.
•Drive collection of driver receivables and facilitate timely vehicle onboarding and vehicle supply activities.
•Lead deployment and quality of supply chain (driver-partners) and handle local regulatory concerns with Policy, Legal, and Communications.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of experience, with priority for candidates with prior P&L experience.
•Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with strong leadership and ownership mindset.
•Strong communication, organization, and project management skills, with confidence working autonomously and in a team environment.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize urgent activities.
•MBA from a good institution is preferred (not mandatory).
