Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and scale Moove’s business operations in the assigned city, owning city P&L.
  • •Manage and coach Operations Team Leads to deliver operational excellence, profitability, and driver experience.
  • •Run city operations via metrics dashboard and daily stand-ups, ensuring operational metrics remain healthy.
  • •Drive collection of driver receivables and facilitate timely vehicle onboarding and vehicle supply activities.
  • •Lead deployment and quality of supply chain (driver-partners) and handle local regulatory concerns with Policy, Legal, and Communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of experience, with priority for candidates with prior P&L experience.
  • •Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with strong leadership and ownership mindset.
  • •Strong communication, organization, and project management skills, with confidence working autonomously and in a team environment.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize urgent activities.
  • •MBA from a good institution is preferred (not mandatory).
