Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Director of Nursing to ensure delivery of compassionate quality care and nursing supervision with adequate staff coverage.
  • •Oversee care implementation by direct care staff and identify deviations from the service plan.
  • •Provide medication management oversight, including storage and administration per physicians' orders.
  • •Participate in the community's quality improvement process and collaborate with the Quality Committee.
  • •Work varying shifts and on-call time to support the nursing department.

Key Requirements

  • •Current, active nursing license in the state where the community is located (Ohio).
