Key Responsibilities

•Deliver tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations that meet client needs
•Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients
•Stay up to date on beauty products, techniques, and trends
•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized store

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 17 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
•Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to thrive as a team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
