Job Summary

Work as a developing subject matter expert to bridge business problems and technology solutions. Partner with internal and external clients to gather requirements, map processes, and define improvements across business, process, information, and systems. Deliver business projects aligned to sponsor requirements and enterprise architecture, support service issue resolution, and document operational gaps using user guides, templates, test cases, and training materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a liaison among stakeholders to understand organizational policies, operations, and structure.
•Bridge business problems and technology solutions, supporting analysis and transformation to resolve business issues.
•Work with internal clients to determine business requirements and define solutions for business, process, information, and system problems and improvements.
•Deliver business projects in line with sponsor requirements and enterprise architecture.
•Identify and document operational gaps and support service issue resolution, including producing user guides, templates, test cases, and related user training.

Key Requirements

•Moderate level experience as a Business Analyst in a technology services environment.
•Knowledge of business practices and processes, with the ability to convert business requirements into functional operational deliverables.
•Ability to gather requirements, define use cases, perform process mapping, and implement new services and systems.
•Good documentation skills for functional requirements, test cases, system user documentation, and process/procedure materials.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business or Information Technology; relevant certifications including IIBA membership, with ITIL mentioned as required.
