•Identify, prioritize, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies through root cause analysis and UPS-backed projects, leading or contributing to loss elimination initiatives.
•Drive Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standards and support the adoption of digital solutions to enhance efficiency.
•Leverage data management and visualization tools to analyze trends, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
•Support daily production line activities, build long-term capabilities, and coach Equipment Operators to ensure execution of standard work procedures.
•Collaborate with technical experts, other functions, and manufacturing sites to create the best solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 122,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering
•Less than 2 years of relevant professional work experience
•Proficiency with data management and visualization tools (e.g., Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS, or similar)
•Willingness to work on-site at our Sacramento Plant (CA)
•Willingness to relocate during your career for potential future growth opportunities within P&G
