Key Responsibilities

  • •Pass LOTO training and inspect machines for proper guarding at the start of each shift
  • •Verify machine cycle times and material loading system status at the start of shift and after breaks
  • •Perform preventive maintenance, complete PM work orders, and make minor adjustments or repairs to correct quality issues
  • •Check grinders and hydraulic oil level/temperature each shift and after breaks, ensuring machines are not slamming
  • •Record machine issues, submit downtime reports, report parts used immediately, and assist production staff and other team members

Key Requirements
