Job Summary

Partner with project leaders to drive financially successful outcomes across a diverse portfolio of projects. Provide day-to-day project accounting support, monitor costs and revenue recognition, and manage the full project accounting lifecycle in ERP—from budgets through invoicing and close-out. Collaborate with Project Managers on budgeting and forecasting, support subcontractor setup and invoice validation, and produce clear financial reports and insights to improve profitability and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver accurate day-to-day project accounting support across multiple projects.
•Monitor project costs, revenue recognition, and overall financial performance.
•Manage the full project accounting lifecycle in ERP—from budgets to invoicing and close-out.
•Partner with Project Managers on budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
•Oversee project billing, accounts receivable follow-up, and invoice validation, identifying risks and escalating/resolving issues early.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in project finance or similar roles, with exposure to ERP systems.
•Practical experience using Oracle Fusion ERP is highly regarded.
•Solid understanding of project accounting principles and practices.
•Strong Excel capability, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
•A relevant tertiary qualification (Commerce, Accounting, Finance or similar) is desirable.
