Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree and 7+ years in Quality, Engineering, or Operations in Aviation/Aerospace/Space/Defense (or equivalent combinations such as a Bachelor’s with 10+ years, Associate/Technical with 12+ years, or High School/Military/Technical training with 14+ years).
  • •5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or MRO operations.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience ideally managing technical teams.
  • •Experience with Quality Management Systems and audit processes (AS9100/AS9110 or ISO 9001).
  • •ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE) or equivalent; FAA Airframes & Powerplant License is preferred.
