Job Summary

Lead strategic workstreams for enterprise customers in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, translating high-level digital transformation goals into backoffice process design and configuration plans. Support GTM efforts by partnering with license sales, building executive relationships, scoping proposals and RFP responses, and advancing Annual Contract Value through conversion of engagements into follow-on delivery.

•Lead and manage strategic workstreams within large-scale professional services engagements aligned to customer vision, metrics, and roadmap.
•Develop and deliver industry perspectives on market trends and competitive positioning for Agentforce in Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
•Translate strategy into backoffice supply chain/manufacturing business process designs and effective configuration plans.
•Define, build, and scale the Agentic Enterprise Implementation Playbook, establishing deployment methodologies and standards.
•Partner with Sales to support GTM activities, including scoping, pitch materials, and converting initial engagements into follow-on delivery projects.
