Job Summary

Support the Fever Originals team by producing high-quality events for Latam Market. Serve as the production point of contact for Strategic Scalables Initiatives (SSI) projects, managing third parties involved in creating creative deliverables. Own technical/adaptive production planning, budgeting, invoice/P&L closing, and partner due diligence. Help develop new event formats and apply data and insights to improve efficiency, outcomes, and the overall entertainment experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage technical and administrative processes across production, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up.
•Assess technical riders and propose required changes aligned with budget targets.
•Build and maintain production budgets across feasibility, sign-off, and operations; monitor local spends and identify optimization opportunities.
•Manage invoice processing and close event P&Ls.
•Lead due diligence on key partners and suppliers and develop long-term deals for national geographic expansion.
