Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage technical and administrative processes across production, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up.
  • •Assess technical riders and propose required changes aligned with budget targets.
  • •Build and maintain production budgets across feasibility, sign-off, and operations; monitor local spends and identify optimization opportunities.
  • •Manage invoice processing and close event P&Ls.
  • •Lead due diligence on key partners and suppliers and develop long-term deals for national geographic expansion.
