Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, direct, and monitor multiple client services teams on client engagements and complete tax projects.
  • •Provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise, including return preparation/review, tax research, and technical memoranda.
  • •Deliver State and Local Tax services, including drafting client correspondence and counseling clients in defending against state audits.
  • •Manage multi-disciplinary, multi-state reviews for income, franchise, sales and use, payroll, and other taxes to identify filing options and structures that reduce tax burden.
  • •Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff; assess performance and support business development pursuits as needed.
