  • •Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment; set up and operate machinery.
  • •Listen for unusual sounds to detect malfunctions and discuss machine operation variations with maintenance to diagnose problems and repairs.
  • •Operate forklift as directed while following safety policies and procedures.
  • •Train, promote, discipline, and supervise employees to meet quality and production standards; ensure safety rules are followed and oversee preventive maintenance and daily reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous team lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Provide on-the-job training for equipment operation (including forklift, bobcat, loader) and production machine troubleshooting.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle intermittent climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • •Ability to walk elevated catwalks/stairs and stand for long periods.
  • •Ability to work in all environmental conditions and extreme temperatures.
