•Map current-state end-to-end workflows to diagnose operational friction, including handoff failures and governance gaps.
•Redesign target-state operations with lean workflows and decision rights, using AI to accelerate throughput.
•Design comprehensive operating models covering org structure, roles, governance, and value realization.
•Establish performance baselines and measurement frameworks to track continuous improvement during the engagement.
•Build AI-powered prototypes using LLM APIs and low-code/no-code tools, using demos/prototypes to align stakeholders and support tool rollout.

Key Requirements

•5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent roles within enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services.
•Expertise in at least two areas: organizational design, operating model transformation, change management, technology enablement, process engineering, or go-to-market execution.
•Hands-on experience building functional AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes that can ship working solutions.
•Ability to rapidly scope and build a working proof of concept within client engagement constraints.
•Comfort working autonomously in a forward-deployed capacity, including knowing when to bring in additional resources.
