Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and launch the Safety & Security operating model, including scope, processes, roles, controls, and reporting lines.
  • •Develop Safety & Security policies and procedures to meet Saudi regulatory requirements and Civil Defence expectations; maintain a compliance register and ensure audit readiness.
  • •Own physical security systems and technology operations, define access authorization and protocols, and establish escalation/response for security incidents and access violations.
  • •Establish and run emergency preparedness through the Emergency Response Team (ERT), drills, life-safety equipment readiness, and site evacuation/muster procedures.
  • •Manage Safety & Security vendors and service performance using KPIs/SLAs, maintain safety/risk documentation, and deliver executive updates and data-driven insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Safety Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Security Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent internationally recognized HSE certification.
  • •ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • •First Aid, CPR, and Emergency Response certification (Saudi-recognized provider).
  • •CPP or PSP (ASIS) certification for physical security leadership.
