Key Responsibilities

  • •Map current-state process flows, quantify effort and risk, and lead eliminate/simplify/agentify analysis before automation.
  • •Design agentic solutions and future-state AI architecture, including task/agent decomposition, orchestration patterns, tool/data access, memory/context strategy, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • •Develop agent workflows and prompt/context strategies, define MCP/connector and integration requirements, and establish evaluation criteria following “Secure by Design” and data-classification standards.
  • •Prototype and build working agentic solutions (or direct build with platform engineers) to validate fit and value before full delivery.
  • •Define human-in-the-loop controls and least-privilege permissions, drive cross-functional delivery to first production release, and measure value to codify reference flows, patterns, and playbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience blending technical delivery with business process work.
  • •Proven track record decomposing complex business processes and crafting/building technical solutions.
  • •8+ years overall experience and 3+ years in AI/ML, with recently hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-based systems.
  • •Experience leading workshop-based process redesign and translating findings into requirements, plus familiarity with AI governance, responsible-AI, security fundamentals, and validation/testing.
  • •Hands-on proficiency across Python, .NET/C#, SQL, and APIs; depth in agent orchestration, multi-agent development, context management, and long-horizon tasks.
