Key Responsibilities

•Direct and oversee multiple construction and restoration projects and project teams simultaneously.
•Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Coordinators.
•Set project goals, execution strategies, and performance expectations for delivery.
•Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards; implement cost control and risk mitigation.
•Participate in contract negotiations, project planning sessions, and executive-level meetings; ensure compliance with policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Direct experience as a Project Director with 3+ years in the role.
•Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
•Previous experience adhering to OSHA regulations and understanding residential construction safety requirements.
•Familiarity with Xactimate and experience using CRM/project management software (preferred/required as stated).
•Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and bid documents; strong organizational and time-management skills.
