Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and identify root causes of inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor.
  • •Work closely with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure operations are maintained and maximized.

Key Requirements
