Job Summary

Serve as a senior AI/ML technical expert for Snowflake’s customers across APJ, positioning Snowflake’s AI/ML value and designing solutions on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. Partner with account teams to scope and drive POCs, influence product and engineering roadmaps through customer feedback, and help sales adoption by tailoring AI/ML selling assets, demos, and customer stories. Publish technical content to scale impact beyond individual execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Position Snowflake’s AI and ML features and value for technical stakeholders at customers across the APJ region.
•Scope and drive POCs with account teams and customer champions to deliver technical wins and business value cases.
•Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence Snowflake’s AI/ML roadmaps based on customer feedback.
•Publish technical content (e.g., blog posts, conference presentations, notebooks, demos) to scale beyond individual efforts.
•Tailor and maintain Sales Engineering AI/ML selling assets, including customer presentations, demonstrations, and customer stories; support customer adoption of AI/ML use cases on Snowflake.

Key Requirements

•10+ years building and deploying machine learning and 3+ years building and deploying generative AI solutions in the cloud.
•Hands-on experience with machine learning workloads including MLOps, feature store, model deployment, explainability, and observability.
•Familiarity with generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, and/or fine-tuning for operational enterprise AI use cases.
•Deep knowledge of Python and common ML packages (LangChain, pandas, sklearn, PyTorch) plus data engineering tools and technologies (dbt, Airflow, Spark).
•Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields (or equivalent experience) preferred.
