Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the project team daily and coordinate all team activities to achieve client objectives and delivery standards.
  • •Define and align project development strategy, governance/meeting approach, and implement project-specific procedures for successful delivery.
  • •Act as the primary client point of contact, maintaining continuous communication and establishing communication channels with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • •Define, monitor, and control the project cost plan and schedule; maintain and update the project risk register.
  • •Ensure Quality Management System compliance; manage project document management and issue monthly project status reports; coordinate inputs for contractor evaluation.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's), Architecture, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Approx. 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager in construction or office/logistics/industrial projects.
  • •Thorough understanding of the project life cycle from inception through design, construction completion, and post-project review.
  • •Excellent knowledge of core project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Fluent in Spanish and at least B3 level English; available for occasional travel to project locations.
