Key Responsibilities

•Deliver ongoing systems administration: installation, customization, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
•Support availability and reliability of Windows systems across multiple locations, including incident ticket remediation and compliance responsibilities.
•Evaluate and integrate new operating system versions, drivers, and hardware, and conduct run enhancement testing and staging.
•Monitor and tune systems for optimal performance, and implement appropriate security controls.
•Prescribe backup and disaster recovery procedures and direct recovery operations; ensure 24x7 after-hours support.

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of relevant experience.
•Excellent knowledge of systems software/hardware, networks, and operating systems.
•Strong experience with processes and tools for system management, problem reporting, change management, and support.
