Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the Agent platform in collaboration with product management.
  • •Lead architecture, design, and implementation of a robust, scalable, high-performance Agent platform.
  • •Integrate the agent platform into the Group AI Platform spanning on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • •Build and manage a global team of ML SMEs and full stack engineers to deliver AI capabilities with high quality.
  • •Establish engineering best practices (CI/CD, automation testing, monitoring) and implement production observability, reliability, and performance optimizations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • •15+ years of experience building and implementing software solutions, with 5+ years in technical leadership roles.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and developing agentic AI solutions and a deep understanding of agent planning, memory, tool use, orchestration, and evaluation.
  • •Proven experience designing, building, and delivering a large-scale agent platform that is scalable and resilient.
  • •Hands-on development skills in Java and Python, plus CI/CD, automation testing, and observability.
