Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot or contribute to the elaboration of technical and commercial offers in assigned sectors, ensuring cost, schedule, risk and requirement validation.
  • •Coordinate and mobilize internal multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders (clients, partners, subcontractors).
  • •Ensure the execution and success of projects within scope, achieve client satisfaction and honor commitments.
  • •Organize the transition between bid and project phases, structure planning and capture lessons learned to close offers/projects.
  • •Drive sector development strategy, monitor market trends, and contribute to BU performance plans and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering or business degree and at least 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in bid and/or complex project management.
  • •Strong mastery of project management, budgeting and risk management tools and processes.
  • •Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams (internal and external) to deliver projects and offers.
  • •Fluent professional English.
  • •Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, influence and ability to federate diverse teams.
