Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and define the Continuous Improvement (CI) program across Belgian sites, including mapping, developing, and optimizing processes.

  • •Collect and analyze data, and design, test, and implement new or improved industrial processes.
  • •Train teams on Kaizen, VSM, and CI projects, and supervise CI initiatives from start to finish.
