Job Summary

Direct and define the Continuous Improvement (CI) program across Belgian sites, mapping, developing, and optimizing operational processes. Lead and supervise operational and automation-related projects end-to-end, from design through execution, while collecting and analyzing data to implement improved processes. Train teams on Kaizen, VSM, and CI initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders, management, contractors, and internal operation teams to support Industry 4.0 transition.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and define the Continuous Improvement (CI) program across Belgian sites, including mapping, developing, and optimizing processes.
•Lead both large and small operational projects end-to-end, owning work from design through execution with custom solutions.
•Collect and analyze data, and design, test, and implement new or improved industrial processes.
•Train teams on Kaizen, VSM, and CI projects, and supervise CI initiatives from start to finish.
•Support the Industry 4.0 transition, including automation projects, and coordinate with stakeholders, management, contractors, and internal operation teams.

Key Requirements

•Engineering education.
•Experience in process improvements, Lean tools, and project management.
•Working knowledge of ERP, drawing packages, programming tools for robots, and Power BI.
