Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end program management for large, high-visibility Enterprise Technology, AI & Data initiatives, including scope, roadmaps, dependencies, resource planning, execution tracking, and change management.
  • •Lead enterprise applications and operational transformation programs to improve business processes, scalability, and internal team efficiency.
  • •Partner with business and technical stakeholders to clarify goals, define success metrics, evaluate trade-offs, and translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • •Drive operating rhythms across programs, including RAID management, milestone reviews, status reporting, and executive-ready communications.
  • •Identify risks, gaps, and blockers early; recommend options and drive timely decisions while strengthening governance, documentation, and planning practices.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of program management experience delivering cross-functional Enterprise Technology, AI & Data programs.
  • •Ability to simplify complex processes and build structured approaches to ambiguous problems.
  • •Experience influencing without authority and driving alignment across functions including Finance, Legal, Sales, and Product.
  • •Comfort operating at both strategic and detail levels, communicating program status and recommendations to executive audiences.
  • •Familiarity with enterprise tech domains (business systems, data, AI, security, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture), and experience with technical governance/architecture review forums preferred.
