Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and deliver wellness, sports, and recreational programmes and facilities, ensuring health and safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
•Create new activities to stimulate participation and maintain formal records of costs and statistics to review programme efficacy.
•Develop and manage digital communications for entity events and activities via WayFoong Apps, newsletter, and intranet to drive awareness and participation.
•Coordinate with technology teams on ongoing app updates and releases, including a new registration platform.
•Support and coordinate large-scale entity events and promote Community Chest events within the bank, driving staff donations.

Key Requirements

•Plan and deliver wellness, sports, and recreational programmes and facilities on time and within budget while ensuring participant health and safety.
•Coordinate large-scale internal and external event organization, including vendor engagement, and create activities to stimulate participation.

•Demonstrate ability to interact and manage employees across different bands and manage internal and external service providers to ensure consistent delivery.
•Ability to manage and mitigate operational risk effectively and adhere to internal control procedures and relevant procedures while maintaining appropriate records.
