Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and optimize large-scale ML workflows for knowledge graphs and search services using structured and unstructured data.
  • •Deploy, monitor, and maintain LLM and agentic workflows in a microservice environment with Docker, Kubernetes (AWS EKS), and internal platforms (ZCP).
  • •Develop AI search pipelines for document understanding and retrieval, including AI-driven search and ranking and RAG-based information retrieval.
  • •Implement ML request routing/business logic and manage feature stores for downstream model usage.
  • •Ensure security and authentication for ML pipelines, including asymmetric JWT and secure key management with AWS KMS and internal CSMS; optimize knowledge graph algorithms for performance, scalability, and reliability.
