Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as part of the Landscape team to manage small projects, teams, or tasks within larger projects.
  • •Prepare technical information for infrastructure and development projects, including strategic/feasibility studies and preliminary/detailed design deliverables.
  • •Support planning applications and tender/construction packages, including schedules and specification documentation.
  • •Consistently apply business standards and techniques to assure quality and communicate risks or impediments to delivery.
  • •Line manage and mentor junior team members and support business development and bidding where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-level qualification in Landscape Architecture or a recognised equivalent.
  • •Postgraduate diploma or Masters qualification in Landscape Architecture or a recognised equivalent.
  • •Fluent spoken English with excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
  • •Demonstrable experience of project management and project delivery.
  • •Solid knowledge of planting design, hardscape materials, and construction detailing.
