Key Responsibilities

  • •Forecast issues, gather materials, and coordinate on-site installation and repairs with team leaders/project manager and the customer.
  • •Act as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and HVAC systems at customer locations.
  • •Use HVAC knowledge, cutting-edge software/technology, and hand tools to diagnose and repair units using blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in commercial environments, including retrofits and new facility setups.
