Job Summary

Partner with the field sales team to discover and understand enterprise customer challenges, complex processes, and enterprise architecture. Deliver value through custom demonstrations and story-driven, technical Q&A to modernize customers’ System of Agreement. Own net-new business pursuits in assigned territories and targeted accounts while producing technical business documentation and articulating recommendations and business value across stakeholder levels. Report to the Director, Solution Consulting.

•Uncover, comprehend, and document complex business challenges, processes, and enterprise architecture.
•Lead business and technical conversations and share industry insights with stakeholders across enterprise business units.
•Establish technical credibility through product expertise, custom demos, technical Q&A, business process diagrams, and roadmap discussions.
•Articulate recommendations and business value; collaborate with sales partners to provide a world-class buying experience and conduct value-based selling.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in a mid-market or enterprise pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions and concepts, or equivalent experience; BS/BA preferred.
•10+ years of pre-sales experience in a mid-market or enterprise SaaS offering, ideally cloud-based.
•Proven ability to deliver software demonstrations in person and virtually.
•Experience creating technical business documentation (workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, RFIs).
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
