Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and publish the weekly GP News roundup, including content gathering, drafting, formatting, reviews, and distribution.
  • •Maintain and improve the GP News SharePoint site (refresh pages, update resources, tag and archive content, and support site navigation).
  • •Support communication planning and content development for GP programs, including audience mapping and tactical execution.
  • •Develop supporting materials such as talking points, one-pagers, slide content, and stakeholder updates.
  • •Integrate AI tools (Co-Pilot) to drive efficiency and innovation while monitoring engagement metrics and surfacing improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Strong written communication skills to summarize information clearly and accurately.
  • •Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple inputs, deadlines, and stakeholders with minimal oversight.
  • •Comfort working with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot).
  • •Experience editing/formatting digital content (email, SharePoint, Teams) and a willingness to learn internal communication platforms and governance standards.
