Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning activities for direct source materials from long-term multi-horizon strategy through (pre-/in-) seasonal planning.
  • •Develop and evolve raw material sourcing strategy, including supplier capacity planning and price negotiations.
  • •Ensure GMS strategy meets brand requirements by translating needs and trends into supplier-facing capability requirements.
  • •Design and execute material preposition initiatives to enable on-time performance, while assessing and mitigating supplier-related supply risks.
  • •Recruit, develop, and mentor direct reports; drive succession planning and empower the team.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of experience in planning, with exposure to manufacturing and/or consumer goods (e.g., footwear, clothing, bags).
  • •At least 5 years of strong team leadership experience, including leading, coaching, mentoring, and building an effective team.
  • •Understanding of supply chain processes, including forecasting and S&OP experience.
  • •Excellent English and Spanish skills (writing and speaking); Mandarin is a plus.
  • •A university/college degree/diploma or above.
