Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out high-quality service repairs and fault diagnosis for Miele domestic appliances in customers’ homes and occasionally in the workshop.
  • •Provide professional, knowledgeable, friendly service to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • •Manage daily workload efficiently to maximise productivity and achieve first-time-fix targets.
  • •Complete service documentation, invoicing, and payment processing accurately and on time.
  • •Maintain van stock, tools, and company equipment; resolve customer concerns in the field and escalate technical issues when required.
