Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide project management, project engineering, and project controls leadership for mining and industrial projects across North America and internationally.
  • •Oversee and monitor cross-functional teams to deliver multiple concurrent projects, leading scope, schedule, and budget performance.
  • •Lead delivery of engineering studies and consulting models (e.g., EPCM, Owner’s Engineer), ensuring alignment with client objectives and governance requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain project initiation/setup documentation (risk, project management plan, quality plan, safety plan, communications plan) and ensure QA/QC adherence.
  • •Support business development activities including client relationship management, proposal development, contract negotiations, and resource planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related major, or equivalent experience in a technical/engineering firm.
  • •7–10 years of relevant experience in project engineering, project management, or engineering management in mining, mineral processing, industrial water treatment, or oil & gas industries.
  • •Strong knowledge of project delivery process in AEC and proven project management experience.
  • •Experience owning project financial performance including forecasting estimated costs to complete and tracking/reporting expenditures.
  • •Highly proficient interpersonal/communication skills and strong technical writing and PM tools, including advanced MS Office use (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint).
